What happens next
We reply the same business day with the paperwork to sign. Once it is filed, our Manhattan address goes on the state record as your agent for service of process.
- We check the details against the Department of State record and email you anything that looks off.
- You get the signature page. New companies sign the formation filing, existing companies sign a Certificate of Change.
- We file. The state fee for a Certificate of Change is $30 and it is passed through at cost.
- You get a confirmation with the filing receipt, and we start watching the mail.
